Description
This 1968 Morris Minor Traveller was in the same ownership from new until 2016 when it was taken out of storage and treated to a significant restoration which cost a little under £20,0000 and this number does not include any labour costs. Just about every aspect of the car has been refurbished or renewed. The list of works is too long to quote here, but some of the major items include all new timber, new front and rear wings, new brakes, engine rebuild, new front seats, carpets, full chassis legs, cross member, sills, fuel tank, stainless steel exhaust, floor pans, new door cards, starter motor etc. The list goes on and most importantly it is fully documented in the history file with all invoices along with a full spreadheet summary.
The vast majority of the parts used were sourced from the Charles Ware Morris Minor Centre.
It is now 5 years since the rebuild took place and the car presents very well as the photographs will demonstrate. It starts on the button and runs cleanly. The car has recently been issued with an advisory free MOT.
With Traveller prices on the rise at the moment we feel this car is very keenly priced given the level of expenditure that has gone into bringing this car back to life.
