Description
This lovely 1974 Triumph TR6 has come to market for the first time since 1991 and only because of the death of the owner. The car was subject to a complete body refurbishment in 2015 which also included a total refit of the interior. There are invoices on file for the best part of £20,000. The end result is a fabulous looking car which has been painted to a high standard with an immaculate interior. The hood was also replaced and the photographs really tell the story of the restoration.
As always with a TR6 the key issue is panel gaps and this car has nice gaps with doors that sit flush with the wings. The interior has been done to a high standard with refurbished seats and the dashboard is one of the best you will find with no marks or wear. The engine runs well with good oil pressure and the car pulls and drives as a TR6 should.
The history file contains the V5 and the invoices relating to the recent restoration. The car has an advisory free MOT until April 2020. This is an exceptionally nice example of a TR6 which is attractively priced.
