We are selling on behalf of the current owner this Morris Minor 1000 which has been in the same family since new. After many years of excellent service the family decided to have the car restored and in 2007 it was subjected to a full body rebuild by Minor Medics based in Milton Keynes. The structural work carried out to the body was very significant and there is very little that has not been either repaired or replaced resulting in a total restoration bill of £10,794. Mechanically, a replacement reconditioned gearbox was fitted to the car whilst the engine itself was removed to paint the engine bay. The car has had very limited use in recent years covering less than 300 miles in the last five years. The history file includes a full list of invoices and work relating to the 2007 rebuild. The car comes with an MOT until the 4th August 2016.
