Description
This superb home market MG TF1500 has clearly been the subject of considerable expenditure in the past. The car was painted in 2013 and had further work carried out over the years. The interior was refurbished in 2013 with new leather and the hood was also replaced with a Double Duck hood as well as the sidescreens being refurbished. The carbs were rebuilt in 2016 and in recent years other work has included a renewal of the brakes, new clutch, radiator re-cored and a new wiper motor.
The car still presents extremely well with excellent paint and chromework. The seats still look fresh and the carpets are almost like new. There is a full complement of wet weather gear.
The car starts on the button and the engine runs cleanly and the car pulls well. The later TFs are certainly the best for driving experience in our view with the additional power making them ideal for keeping up with modern traffic.
The history file is thick with miscellaneous invoices over the years. Everything is functioning as it should and this super looking TF is ready for its next custodian. We believe this car is excellent value for money at £23,500.
