This 1976 Triumph Stag has recently emerged from long term storage. The car was fully rebuilt in 1991 by a professional restoration company, CPR Engineering. The restoration was comprehensive with a body and mechanical refurbishment which included an engine rebuild. This work was done to a very hig h standard and the car was well cared for and maintained subsequent to the restoration until around 2010 when the car was put into storage having covered around 22,000 miles.

The car has recently been recommissioned and is running very well indeed with no issues and is even drip free underneath. The bodywork remains in superb condition with an excellent paint finish. The chrome is in super condition as well and it is clear the car was stored very carefully. The underside is excellent and the cloth hood is almost like new. The interior was refurbished during the restoration including restoration of the dashboard.

The history file contains full invoices for the rebuild in 1991 as well as further refurbishment of the heads in 2002. There are also a plethora of MOT certificates dating back to 1990. A heritage certificate is on file confirming that the car remains in its original colour spec of Russet Brown with a Beige Ambla interior. There is also a hard top which is in good condition.

To top it all the car has been in the same ownership for the last 33 years. It is a long time since we have seen a Stag in such great condition with excellent provenance. We think this car is unbeatable value at the asking price of £14,950. A full MOT will be placed on the car at the time of sale.
