This 1981 Triumph Spitfire 1500 has had just two keepers, the first of which owned the car up until four years ago. It then passed to its second custodian who has completed less that 150 miles in the car. The car has been stored for the last two years and is now in need of some basic recommissioning. The bodywork is all original and has had no repairs. The underside of the car still retains its factory underseal and is in excellent condition with no previous repairs. The hood is tatty and has one small split which could be repaired. There is a dent in the top of the nearside rear wing which a good dent man would be able to remove. Panel fits are all good which you would expect from an unmolested low mileage car. The bulk head area where the master cylinders sit is untidy and could do with a re-paint.

The car car fires on the button and runs well and cleanly. We have not driven the car due to the lack of brakes. There is a full tonneau with the car.

This is a good recommissioning project for someone, with plenty of scope to add value especially given the car's low mileage. Priced to sell as we are desperately in need of the showroom space. We can recommission the car if necessary for the next custodian.
